يونيورسٽي ۾ ڪئمپس اندر هٿياربندن پاران هولي جي رنگن سان خوشيون وکيريندڙ شاگردن مٿان قاتلاڻو حملو، مٿن سڌي فائرنگ، هڪ نوجوان شاگرد بيدردي سان قتل، 2 ڄڻا مرڻينگ، واقعي خلاف شاگرد ڌريون سراپا احتجاج، احتجاجي ريلي، ڌرڻو، انڊس هاءِ وي بلاڪ. رپورٽ موجب سنڌ يونيورسٽي ۾ ڪئمپس اندر آرٽس فيلڪٽي واري مک پارڪ وٽ هڪ سياسي شاگرد ونگ سان تعلق رکندڙ هٿياربند جوابدارن پاران هندو شاگردن سان گڏجي هولي جي رنگ سان خوشيون وکيريندڙ شاگردن مٿان اوچتو قاتلاڻو حملو ڪندي فائرنگ ڪئي وئي، جڏهن ته حملي آورن جوابدارن پاران هٿين خالي ۽ هولي جي رنگن سان رڱيل ٻن شاگردن جساف (بشير خان) دين محمد دل ۽ عبدالغفور نوحاڻي مٿان سڌي فائرنگ ڪري کين سخت زخمي ڪري ڇڏيو ۽ هوائي فائرنگ دوران آرٽس فيڪلٽي جي مٿئين فلور تي بيٺل شاگرد ڪامران لاشاري گولي لڳڻ سبب زخمي ٿي پيو، جنهن دوران آرٽس فيڪلٽي اندر شاگردن ۽ شاگردياڻين ۾ رڙيون ۽ ڀاڄ پئجي وئي، ڪئمپس اندر رينجرس ۽ پوليس جي غير معمولي ڄاڻايل سيڪيورٽي انتظامن توڙي آرٽس فيلٽي جي مک گيٽ وٽ وڏي تعداد ۾ اهلڪارن جي مقرر هجڻ باوجود حملي آور هوائي فائرنگ ڪندي فرار ٿيڻ ۾ ڪامياب ٿي ويا، جنهن بعد يونيورسٽي جي ملازمن ۽ شاگردن مختلف گاڏين ذريعي وقفي وقفي سان ٽنهي شاگردن کي ايل ايم يو اسپتال ڄامشوري جي حادثاتي وارڊ ۾ آندو، جتي اسپتال اندر طبي امداد ملڻ کان اڳ گولين ۾ پروڻ ٿيل جساف ( بشير قريشي) سان تعلق رکندڙ ۽ آءِ ٽي شعبي جو نوجوان شاگرد 28 ورهين جو دين محمد دل زخمن جا تاب نه سهندي فوت ٿي ويو، جڏهن ته اسپتال پهتل ٻنهي زخمي شاگردن مان هڪ ڄڻي عبد الغفور نوحاڻي جي حالت انتهائي ڳڻتي جوڳي ٻڌائي پئي وڃي، اهڙي واقعي بعد جسقم جي مرڪزي اڳواڻ آڪاش ملاح ۽ جيئي سنڌ تحريڪ جي مرڪزي اڳواڻ عثمان کوسو سميت جساف جي مڙني گروپن سان تعلق رکندڙ شاگرد اڳواڻن ۽ سنڌ يونيورسٽي، مهراڻ يونيورسٽي ۽ لياقت ميڊيڪل يونيورسٽي جا سوين شاگردن ايل ايم يو اسپتال پهچي ويا، جن ۾ سخت تاءٌ ۽ سوڳ واري ڪيفيت ڇانيل رهي، جنهن بعد حيدرآباد سول ۾ مقتول شاگرد جو لاش نيو ويو، جتي ميڊيڪل ليگل آفيسر پاران پوسٽ مارٽم ڪيو ويو، هوڏانهن سنڌ يونيورسٽي ۾ ڄاڻايل واقعي جي رد عمل ۾ ڪئمپس جو تدريسي عمل مڪمل طور تي بند ٿي ويو، شاگردن ۽ شاگردياڻين ۾ سخت خوف هراس هجڻ ڪري پوائنٽ بسن جي وقت کان اڳ پنهنجي مدد پاڻ گهرن ڏانهن روانا ٿي ويا، هوڏانهن رات ڄامشوري ٿاڻي تي مقتول جي ڀاءَ نوجوان خالد حسن ولد خضر حسن دل جي فرياد تي داخل ٿيل ڪيس ۾ يونيورسٽي جي 4 شاگردن ڪامرس شعبي جي ظهور احمد ملهڻ، اڪنامڪس شعبي جي شاگرد غلام دستگير عرف حبن چانڊيو ۽ پولٽيڪل سائنس شعبي جي ٻن شاگردن امام بخش عرف جهنڊو بروهي ۽ عمران سانگرو کي جوابدار طور نامزد ڪيو ويو آهي، جنهن ۾ فريادي ڄاڻايو آهي ته ٻن جوابدارن ظهور ملهڻ ۽ امام بخش عرف جهنڊو بروهي پاران سڌي فائرنگ ڪري سندس ڀاءٌ دين محمد دل کي گوليون هڻي قتل ڪيو ويو، جنهن دوران ڄاڻايل ٻنهي جوابدارن سميت 4 جوابدارن پاران فائرنگ ڪري ڪامران لاشاري ۽ عبدالغفور نوحاڻي کي گوليون هڻي زخمي ڪيو،

ڄامشورو (ن ڪ ) سنڌيونيورسٽي جي رجسٽرار پاران جاري ڪيل پڌرائي ۾ ڄاڻايو ويو آهي ته بروز اربع ڏينهن يونيورسٽي جي آرٽس فيڪلٽي ۾ فائرنگ ۾ هڪ شاگرد دين محمد دَل جي شهادت ۽ ٻن شاگردن جي زخمي ڪرڻ ۾ ملوث ڄاڻايل شاگرد بي ڪام آنرس جي ظهور احمد ملڻ جي داخلا فوري طور منسوخ ڪئي وئي آهي. جاري ڪيل پڌرائي ۾ وڌيڪ ڄاڻايو ويو آهي ته واقعي ۾ ملوث ڄاڻايل ٻن ٻين جهنڊو بروهي ۽ حبَن چانڊيو کي پڻ واقعي ۾ ملوث ڄاڻايو ويو آهي پر اهڙا نالا يونيورسٽي جي داخلا رڪارڊ ۾ موجود نه آهن ۽ ائين ٿو لڳي ته هنن پنهنجا اصل نالا لڪايا آهن ۽ پاڻ کي فرضي نالن سان مشهور ڪيو آهي ۽ جيئن ئي سندن اصل نالن جي خبر پوندي ته فوري طور انهن جي داخلا منسوخ ڪرڻ جو پڻ نوٽيفڪيشن جاري ڪيو ويندو.

(رياض چانڊيو) پاران 3 ڏينهن ۽ جساف (آريسر) پاران 10 ڏينهن سوڳ جو اعلان ڪيو ويو آهي، جساف (بشير قريشي) جي مرڪزي صدر حبيب ڀٽو ڄامشوري ۾ جساف ڪارڪن دين محمد دل جي قتل خلاف 10 ڏينهن سوڳ ملهائڻ جو اعلان ڪيو آهي، جساف صدر موجب هڪ سازش تحت سنڌ يونيورسٽي ۾ قتل جي لڳاتار بازار گرم ڪئي وئي آهي ۽ سنڌ جي ساڃاهه ۽ شعور کي هٿ سان تباهه ڪرڻ جي سازش تي عمل ٿي رهيو آهي، هن چيو ته سنڌ يونيورسٽي جو تدريسي عمل تباهه ٿي رهيو آهي، جنهن جي جساف شديد مذمت ڪري ٿي، هن چيو ته سرڪار دين محمد جي قتل ۾ ملوث ڌرين کي قانون جي ڪٽهڙي ۾ آڻي، جڏهن ته ڪارڪن صبر جو دامن نه ڇڏين ۽ قتل خلاف ادارن ۾ ڪارو ڏينهن ملهايو وڃي، جساف آريسر جي مرڪزي صدر عرفان چانڊيو، ديشي پرٿوي، مظفر رند ۽ ٻين پنهنجي جاري ڪيل بيان ۾ چيو آهي ته سنڌ يونيورسٽي جي نااهل انتظاميا جي ڪري هٿياربندن هٿان سرعام جساف اڳواڻ دين محمد دل ۽ جساف آريسر جا 2 ڪارڪن جي هولي هلي پئي، هن چيو ته تعليمي اداري ۾ دهشتگردي نامنظور، تعليمي ادارن ۾ هٿياربند ڪلچر ختم ڪيو وڃي، سپاف پاران واقعي جي مذمت ڪندي هنگامي گڏجاڻي گهرائي وئي، جنهن ۾ سپاف سنڌ جي سينيئر اڳواڻن الطاف وٺڻ جي اپيل ڪري ٿي، جساف جسمم چيئرمين حفيظ پيرزادو پنهنجي جاري ڪيل بيان ۾ چيو ته رياستي ادارا هٿ وٺي سنڌ يونيورسٽي اندر فساد ڪرائي رهيا آهن ته جيئن يونيورسٽي تي پابندي لڳائي سنڌي شاگردن کي دربدر ڪيو وڃي، ڇو ته هو سمجهن ٿا ته هي اهو ادارو آهي جتان سائين جي ايم سيد جو فڪر دنيا تائين پهچندو ۽ رياست ان ڳالهه کان خوفزده ٿي اداري اندر رتوڇاڻ ڪرائي رهي آهي. انهي سڄي عمل جو ذميوار وائيس چانسلر نظير مغل ۽ Captaincy drama doesn’t bother Afridi
KARACHI: Shahid Afridi on Tuesday said he was not worried over not being named Pakistan captain because it was a job he had never coveted.
The 30-year-old all-rounder is tipped to lead the team in next month’s World Cup, to be jointly hosted by India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
But when the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced the 15-man squad on Tuesday, no captain was named, leading to speculation Pakistan’s Test captain Misbah-ul-Haq may take the honours.
“I am not worried about the captaincy, it never worries me,” Afridi told reporters before leaving for New Zealand, where a six-match one day series starts in Wellington on January 22.
The Test team is already in New Zealand.
Afridi said being named to play for his country was the most important thing.
“I have never run after captaincy in my entire career. It is something for the cricket board to decide
“If they feel I am the right man they will appoint me and if they don’t they will make someone else captain,” said Afridi, whose position looked precarious after the team’s 2-1 defeat in the Twenty20 series in New Zealand last month.
Afridi, 30, said he did not feel under any undue pressure.
“I am a senior professional and I know what I have to do. I have to lead the team to win the series and perform well as player,” said Afridi.
“I know our winning the series will be very important because if we win in New Zealand it will give us a boost for the World Cup,” said Afridi.
Pakistan is placed in Group A of the 14-team World Cup, to be played from February 19 to April 2.
Qadri had informed fellow guards: sources

ISLAMABAD: Mumtaz Qadri, the assassin of Salman Taseer, has disclosed during investigation that he had informed his fellow guards about planning to assassinate Governor Punjab, Geo News reported sources as saying.
Meanwhile, he also told investigating officials that he had been ruled out of Special Branch owing to security risk, sources said.
Informing his fellow security guards about the plot, Mumtaz Qadri, had requested that they (other guards) should not open fire at him after killing of Salman Taseer as he had pledged that he would lay down arms after assassination, sources quoted investigating officials as saying.
He had said that he wanted to be arrested alive, sources said.
Malik Mumtaz Qadri had been ruled out of Special Branch some times ago because of security risk, he confessed.
Adnan’s property seized in India

MUMBAI: India’s Enforcement Directorate (ED) has confiscated eight properties and five parking spaces owned by Pakistan-origin singer Adnan Sami Khan under the Foreign Exchange Management Act.
This means that the same has become government properties.
The ED imposed a Rs2 million fine on the singer on the grounds that being a Pakistani national he was not allowed to acquire property in India.
Officials said that in 2003 Khan acquired eight immovable properties along with five parking spaces in Oberoi Sky Garden housing society at Lokhandwala in Andheri for a total consideration of Rs25.3 million.

A suicide bomber attacked a convoy carrying the top official in Pakistan’s restive Baluchistan province, wounding nine people but leaving the chief minister unscathed, police said.
QUETTA: A suicide bomber tried to kill the top elected official in Pakistan’s southwestern province of Balochistan on Tuesday, damaging his motorcade but leaving the minister unhurt, officials said.
The blast wounded nine people near the convoy of Nawab Aslam Raisani in Quetta, the capital of a province where separatist, sectarian and Taliban violence has surged this year.
One person died in the attack, but his identity was not clear and police said they were investigating whether it was the bomber.
A purported spokesman for banned extremist group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, claimed responsibility, saying Raisani had been targeted for efforts to provide security to Shiite Muslims, who are frequently attacked in Balochistan.
“It was a suicide bombing. The convoy of the chief minister was damaged,”Quetta administration official Nasim Lehri told Samaa TV.
“The target was the chief minister, most of those injured were policemen,”he later told AFP.
Raisani, a wealthy Baluch tribal leader who belongs to the federal government’s main ruling Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), was being driven from his home to the provincial assembly.
“The chief minister was the target, but he remained unhurt,” senior police official Salim Lehri told AFP.
“One of the escort cars was damaged and some officials were wounded.”Witnesses said the bomber was on foot and that they heard a loud blast as soon as the motorcade passed, kicking up clouds of dust.
An AFP reporter saw pieces of human flesh on the ground and a damaged white Toyota Landcruiser on the roadside with broken windows and shrapnel holes.
Doctor Noor Mohammad said nine wounded people, including policemen, were brought to hospital and that two were in a serious condition.
The convoy was passing a railway crossing in Saryab Road at the time and an unexploded hand grenade was also found nearby, officials said.
Lashkar-e-Jhangvi purportedly claimed responsibility for the attack in a telephone call to the Quetta press club, saying Raisani was targeted for protecting Shiites during the holy month of Muharram, which begins Wednesday.
Police said they were investigating the claim, but Raisani also blamed Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and said the attack was a “conspiracy” to antagonise tribes.
The group is regarded as Pakistan’s most extreme Sunni outfit, accused of killing hundreds of Shiite Muslims after its emergence in the early 1990s.

WikiLeaks founder arrested by London police
LONDON: WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been arrested by British police on a European warrant issued by Sweden, London’s Metropolitan Police said on Tuesday.
Swedish prosecutors issued the arrest order for the 39-year-old Australian who is wanted in Sweden on suspicion of committing sexual crimes, which he denies.
Police said Assange, at the centre of a row over the release of secret US diplomatic cables, had been arrested at about 9.30 a.m. (0930 GMT) on Tuesday by appointment at a London police station under a European Arrest Warrant.
“He is accused by the Swedish authorities of one count of unlawful coercion, two counts of sexual molestation and one count of rape, all alleged to have been committed in August 2010,” London police said in a statement.
He is due to appear before City of Westminster Magistrates Court in London later on Tuesday.
WikiLeaks said it will keep operating as normal after the arrest of Assange.
“WikiLeaks is operational. We are continuing on the same track as laid out before,” said Kristinn Hrafnsson, spokesman for the group. “Any development with regards to Julian Assange will not change the plans we have with regards to the releases today and in the coming days.”
Hrafnsson said the operation would be run by a group of people from London and other locations.

LAHORE: Pakistani cricket hero Wasim Akram on Monday urged players, fans and the media to move on from recent high-profile problems and get behind the country to win the 2011 World Cup.
“Let’s forget what problems we’ve been going through recently and with a positive frame of mind support the Pakistan team to win next year’s World Cup,” Wasim said in a rallying call during a ceremony unveiling the trophy.Pakistan has been blighted by a spot-fixing crisis, player suspensions and poor governance, with one-day captain Shahid Afridi expressing a lack of confidence in preparations for the mega event.
Three key players – Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Aamer – were provisionally suspended by the International Cricket Council (ICC) over accusations of spot-fixing during the tour to England in the summer.
The trio appear before a ICC code of conduct tribunal in Doha, Qatar next month and face severe punishment, including lengthy bans.
Key players Kamran Akmal and Shoaib Malik have also courted suspicion and not been cleared by the under fire Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for recent tours.
Their participation in the February 19-April 2 World Cup looks uncertain.
Wasim, who finished as the best player of the tournament when Pakistan won its only World Cup in Australia 18 years ago, acknowledged the build-up had been far from ideal.
“Problems have certainly hurt the team’s preparations, but Pakistan is one team which can beat any team in the world on its day,” he said.
“Their resilience is tremendous and they can come out of any worse situation and win a match,” said Wasim, who played 104 Tests and 352 one-day matches for cricket-mad Pakistan.
He praised the team for showing “great resilience” by winning two of the five matches against South Africa last month.
“They could do the same in the World Cup provided players, selectors and the PCB rally behind the captain and play for the country.
“For the sake of Pakistan, every player has to back the captain, play as a unit, and not only fans, but the media should also back them to win.”
Wasim tipped India as favourites to win the event, to be hosted jointly by Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka.
Pakistan was also to have been a World Cup host but lost that right over fears about security after an armed ambush last year on the Sri Lankan team.
“I think for the first time Australia will not be the top favourites,” said Wasim. “To me, India is the top favourite to win, while Sri Lanka and Pakistan are also among the favourites.”
